      Longer LD's

Well, first off this is not a method for attaining lucidity, however if you sleep for a longer time then you will proberly LD.

A simple tip for staying in dream. It doesn't really matter if you panic or get excited. Everyone says relax and you will have longer LD's. The key to longer LD's is too touch(rub) a object or the floor when you are about to wake up, then you just stay touching the floor intill everything turns back normally.

This works, however you need to know too more things. First look around and if the scenery gets faker or more fuzzy then your about to wake up, you need to actively look for this and when you sense the first bit of danger then touch the ground. Secondly if you do this everything will turn back to normal then just do what you want to do, however still look around and see if everything is okay first. Repeating this works perfectly, it extends LD's from about 2 minautes to about 30 minautes or even an hour. Lastly when ever you do this technique and you find yourself in your bed then it is proberly a false awakening, this can be checked by looking out the window, always do this if the method fails. Also false awakening would proberly improve the vividness of dream so don't take a false awakening for granted, always check.

If you do this simple thing then you will be able to improve time spent in LD's by lots. Before someone says it, this is not a original idea, however I think doing the thing to save you from waking up is not as improtant as seeing when your going to wake up by looking at your environment. Also if you open a door and it is black then don't go in it.

This tech works great. I used it in all my lucid dreams. My first one was about 10 min long and my second one did last for at least 30 minutes
