      1st Signs of Lucidity ...

Last night tried WILD; again, no imagery.

But then ... in 2 of my 4 recalled dreams I attained lucidity of some kind.

      (1) I was in some sort of Science lesson. I left the room and reentered. I questioned myself on why I was indeed not wearing any clothes. I realised it was a dream then ... darn it - woke up! I wasn't excited, I just realised I was dreaming and quickly woke up!

      (2) I was running from somthing. I somehow ended up in the middle of Legoland. I wasn't completely lucid but somehow knew I was dreaming. "Cool!" I thought, "I'll make the most of this and go on a ride!" ... seconds after this thought I woke up!

      Agggggghhh so annoying!

Anyways I hope these are positive signs as I am recalling more dreams and realising my dreams ...

Can anyone give me any advice on further lucidity?

      /Evs

I know how you feel it makes me so mad when that happens to me One thing i've found that might help is doing something to stabilize your dream immediatly after realizing you are dreaming so that won't happen as much.
everything in our life happens at once. the future is already happening at this moment. We just cant conciously notice it.

Never think about waking up cause u will, try to stabilise the dream by focusing on the detail of the ld or by shouting demands like "more clarity" or "more lucidity" which ever one you prefer, it doesn't matter which saying it is as long as the intent is there. Also never get excited just stay relaxed and feel as if u have all the time in the world to do whatever u want.
