      Some success

I've had almost a week of consecutive dreams. I've been working on recall alot, and remember almost every detail. Some of the dreams have been particularly disturbing though.

In one of the dreams, an old friend and i broke into an office building to crack a safe. to make a long dream short we got caught and were put in an interrogation room with cops. It occurred to me that there was only one way out of the situation, so i took out a knife and stabbed my friend in the kidney. He pulled out a sword, but i took it from him and cut him in the neck and he fell. I attacked some guards and i woke up.

When i woke up i was really freaked out. Do i have something in me that wants to kill one of my good old friends?

Every so often ive been taking B6, ive had some very clear dreams with and without it though. My most effective technique is using a mantra, or a countdown like counting as i inhale, and saying im dreaming on exhalation. It has also helped me fall asleep sooner. I also WILD unintentionally when i wake up to urinate, but i guess theres alot going on in my brain that wants to get out because my dreams keep coming.

Only you can interpret your dream as only you know of your true feelings towards this good old friend.

But I do know that usually a dream.. is just a dream.. nothing more.
