Yes, well I used to keep a DJ, but the motivation didn't stick around very long. I started another one after joining this site, when my recall was one every few days or so. I wrote the first dream in this journal a week ago today. I'm still not up to recalling full dreams yet, but I've remembered something every day since the 21st. I've been writing down whatever I do remember, even the smallest fragments. And this morning, I had my first LD in quite a while! I don't quite feel like typing it up yet since I just finished writing it down, but I will put it up there today. My question to you is, my frequency of dreams recalled seems pretty good (and I'm sure it'll only keep improving) but what helps your dreams' clarity? Even my lucid dream was blurry and had incomplete recall.

I used to keep a dream journal. It really only lasted for a week maybe, but that one week, my dream recall was amazing compared to what it normall is... (0 dreams :p) I'm also very certain that dream journals work .

EDIT: Now that I think about it, that was also around the time I had my first, and only (so far) LD. I'm pretty sure I should pick this dream journal back up...
