      Face flat on the floor

Hello. I don't know if this has come up before, but it seemed to work for me at one point. Last night I had a Lucid The dream can be read in my journal

      http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...053#post468053

At one point I was losing my dream and I went face flat onto the floor, spreading my body. As I did this, everything in the dream became super clear, almost like in HD. This may have been a one off but it seemed to work last night and was wondering if people have done it before or could use it in the future.

I don't think I've ever read about someone laying face flat on the floor to stay in a LD or to make it clearer. Did you keep your eyes open the whole time? What made you think to do that?

Yes I kept my eyes open. I can't remember exactly what made me do it, I think perhaps I was just falling to the floor (maybe I was losing energy coming out of the dream, making me lose my own strength). All I can remember though is the world becoming blurry, then as I gradually fell down to the floor, everything started to become clearer and the dream was ok again.
