First of all, you should go to sleep at sometime around 4:00-6:00 AM (long live the summer holiday).. Then you sleep about 8 hours and wake up at 14:00. If you feel even little sleepy, try to fall asleep again while visualizing something you like. It will be hard but worth of it. After some time, you may feel that you're in dream, and you will wake up with paralysis + vibrations. Then you may roll out of your bed.. :p And, if you wake up after that, try to close your eyes again. You could LD almost instantly after that! I don't know why, maybe it has something to do with sleeping too much.
