      Dream Journal=GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!

My legendary dream recall of 15+ dreams a night (record 21 i think?) is yet no more. Recently I've remembered 0-1 dreams a night MAX. Well two nights ago i got out my old dream journal and wrote my dreams down from that night. Now only after 3 days. My dream recall went from 0-1 to 5-6. Yeah it makes a BIG difference!!!!!!

Yeah, I used to have mad dream recall back in the day. I filled up an entire college rule 3 subject notebook and about halfway through another one before I stopped. Now, I can remember 0-1 dreams a night, and the length and quality of my dreams has fallen drastically too. As of this morning, I started keeping a dream journal again. One dream in it so far, heh, but I hope to start recording 3+ dreams a night by the end of the week.

Yes definitely does. Maybe because it shows your mind that you are serious about remembering your dreams?

I find the dream journal makes no difference at all to be honest. But i like to read about old dreams - and hear peoples comments on my dreams

I think that keeping a dream journal definitely keeps dream recall up. It's probably because when you wake up right away and write them down, you dont forget them in the 5 minutes you're conscious, where as if you didnt you'd just think that you had no dreams that night at all.

A journal works wonders for recall. I started mine 3 days ago and I've gone from a 1-2 average to seven last night.
