In the past week I've had two successful WILDS before I go to sleep. I tend to lose awareness of my body and my mind drifts off before I enter sleep paralysis.
But when sleep paralysis begins I always become aware of my body again, I believe it's because of the fact that I tell myself I'm going to have a lucid dream and I'm go to do a WILD. So when I do become aware and sleep paralysis kicks in I feel as if my body has gone limp, one time it happened I felt a slight moving sensation as if my whole body was falling in slow motion.
Once sleep paralysis is complete I fall into a lucid dream about 10-15 seconds later. The problem is these lucid dreams are very shallow and I have limited control. Then after about a minute of dreaming I feel myself being pulled out of my dream and I awake. Not only do I awake, but I feel wide awake and I'm no longer in sleep paralysis. I've tried things like rubbing my hands together and spinning but none of these keep me in my dream. Can anyone help me out here?
