      Sleep Dperivation

Hi, basically me and a freind did some serious sleep deprivation. Nearly 70 hours and niether expeirences lucidty or good recall, basically our bodies just crashed.

i think its possibe that we over did it and that less hours may have ahd better results.
      IS this likely?
Could someobdy with some experience with sleep depriovation help out?

      Thanks

      Imran

well when you're in school work piles up and stress builds up too, and sleep deprivation, and what that does is keep your mind awake while your body sleeps leading to SP. that might be what you are talking about

im afraid you totally miunderstlood my post
I udnerstand that sleep dep helps induce lucidty however, it failed.
im asking wether its possible that this failure was cuased through overdoing the sleep deprivation.
      =D

I dont think it increases lucidity, however you are in a very deep sleep wich means very vivid dreams. Also I remember most of my LDs happened during day time so if you sleep in odd hours after sleep deprivation, you might get some lucids not sure about it though.

It deifntely works becasue of the rem rebound, ur body begins stacking up the rem uve missed whilst you ahvent been sleeping.

Look at your keyboard when you type, then people could perhaps understand you the first time reading through.
