      Almost there...

Ok, here's MY issue. I have finally found what seems to work best for me, using the WBTB tech, but last night (this morning) around 5:00 am I woke up to use the bathroom, walked around the living room for a few minutes and went back to bed. I started focusing on WILDing and could feel the vibrations and everything, i even started to see "dream views" or whatever, but every time i tried to jump into one, i just couldn't. Maybe I was too focused on staying alert? It just seems like every time I get to the Hyp. stage I start losing focus and end up fully alert again. Any suggestions?

Hmmm.... I am not experienced with the WILD technique but what do you mean by you tried to "Jump into one?"

Putting too much focus on becoming part of your visions, rather than going with them until you are part of them may be your problem? If you are focusing too much on becoming part of the visions and entering the dreams, perhaps you are too conceous to actually fall to sleep?

Don't try to jump into the dream. Let it come to you. Just relax and don't get hasty at any point.
