      SP in only one hand?

I have a question about SP. I woke up after six hours of sleeping and decided to try FILD. I did it lying on my side, my right hand doing the finger tapping and it was slightly raised in the air, but in a comfortable way. So I start doing the finger stuff for several minutes and my hand gets this weird feeling like it instantly fell asleep. It was slightly rigid as well. I shake the feeling and try it with my left hand doing the tapping under my pillow, and once again, I get that same feeling.

So can SP start with a hand and spread throughout the body or were my hands just falling asleep? It might be important to add I have below average blood circulation and my hands are always cold.

Sounds more like a lack of blood circulation, especially since you mentioned that you put your hand under your pillow.

Yup. It's not SP, it's just that your hand "fell asleep" which has nothing to do with the actual sleeping. There's just not enough blood circulation in there which makes it feel so fuzzy to make you notice. I have this all the time when I try to WILD and put my hand under my pillow. It's super-annoying.

Oh well. I guess the concept of half your body sleeping while the other half is awake is pretty far fetched. Even though it would be funny to know what my kidneys dream about...

That's my guess, you said it yourself you slept on your side.

Usually if you have your hand or arm under your pillow your hand will feel weird. I should know I HAVE to have my arm under my pillow facing my right when I sleep other wise I have no luck of sleeping.
