I was trying my first WILD last night after I woke up after about 4 hours of sleeping. I decided to try WBTB, so I got out of bed and read my dream journal for about 20 minutes. I went into bed and tried to vividly imagine a scene. Every five minutes though, I would have a really quick breath, like I was choking. Is this the begining of SP? |

I think you should try a DEILD instead. If you have to wait 50 min to get nowheres in a WILD I don't know if waiting longer would help. Next you wake up in the middle of the night just ly there and don't move. Try to remember the dream you just had and stay relaxed. Try visualize or concentrating on your breathing and just wait til you slip back into a dream. gl |

Yeah, since I started, I've had about six LD, but only one of them lasting quite a while. They are just DILDs though, nothing too impressive. |
