Everyone what is the reality check that works best 4 you?

Well i have a variety its just i dont get in the habit of doing them i would say it may be the text one were you look at words and then look away then look at the words again. So which one works the best for you and helps obtain easy lucidity?
If practice makes perfect and nobody is perfect then why practice?

I normally wake up right after I realize I'm dreaming...

It seems to take practice. The best thing to do is try to keep your cool when you realize you are dreaming. Just relax and go with the dream. It took me many, many tries before I could finally stay lucid.

Flying is what tells me with 100% accuracy that I am dreaming. If I am flying by my own power, there is no question about whether I am dreaming. It is automatic lucidity. Visualize flying for a while before you go to sleep. Thinking about it throughout the day helps too.
      You are dreaming right now.

Digital clocks and light switches = automatic lucidity for me. It may not last, but I become lucid every time I see a digital clock or flip a light switch...
