      Unhappy help!

      Hi!
i may be new here, but i am well known with LDing.
      i can't get any LD's and i don't want to do RC's (mainly because i don't remember to...).
can anyone please give me a nice and effective method of inducing some lucid dreams without the old "wake after 4 hours" condition?

      thanks,
      dorfischer

thats the problem. most of the techniques are most effective after 4-5 hours of sleep. I supose you can try doing WILD during a nap, or MILD before sleep, but those would be way more effective after 4-5 hours of sleep.

Keep doing RCs though. Since you dont want to do a WBTB, then you are going to need somthing else.

Your wrong, for some people doing WILDS and MILDS before bed is better. Me myself, I ALWAYS Wild before bed. When I do WBTB it seems it doesn't work as well and takes longer to enter SP.

I suggest trying before and then a WBTB. Maby you will end up like me!

wow you are the FIRST person i have EVER met that has said they ALWAYS WILD before bed. And virtualy everyone that i know that WILDs say they cant WILD before bed.

and notice I didnt say it was impossible to WILD or MILD before bed, i said
most of the techniques are most effective after 4-5 hours of sleep
      .

but anyway maybe you could try WILD before bed and see how you do. If one person can do it, maybe more can. I wouldnt get high hopes though.

I haven't had many successful WILDs (and by not many I mean 1) and that was done before bed, not after waking up also.
