      sleep paralysis

      i was wondering the easiest way to get into. i can't ever do it, and i want to experience it.

      Basically, don't move a muscle for a long time. Ever sit cross-legged and you find your foot falling asleep, or your leg? That's basically what sleep paralysis is like, but you literally can't move, and it's all over your body.

      SP is the first part of a WILD... so try to WILD... that way you get the side benefit of a LD if you succeed

      Usually when I FILD I get the feeling, but it only lasts a second before it passes. I guess it's a lot longer with WILD.
