I had a dream last night but I'm not quite sure if it was lucid. I was aware that I was unaware that I was in a dream where I was aware that I was dreaming but I did not know that I wasn't aware that I was not dreaming about being aware with no chance of being aware at all. Meanwhile the dream was not quite a dream in which I was aware. I was aware about that though. I was however not aware that the awareness would lead to being unaware of my dream state. I knew, however that to be lucid I would have to lose the awareness of lucidity to gain the awareness of lucidity because the lucid awareness is not being aware at all but being unaware that you are unaware. But what happens if you are not unaware that you are unaware? Does this truly count count as being unaware? Or could you say that you are being very aware by not being unaware at all?
So, was I lucid?
