      Lucid dreaming

Hello all im new here, and i have had mabey like 5 lucid dreams in my whole life, and every time they were the most enlightening experiences ever. I remember when it happens, im in the dream and i can just tell that im in it, and then i try explaining it to the person im with that we are in a dream!! And then i keep thinking over and over that im gonna wake up!! i get so worried that im gonna wake up, it feels like once you know the secret that youre in a dream you kinda start thinking with you're conscious thoughts, and it feels like a true miracle if i don't wake up it's like im in paradise because i can do anything that i want and i know it. But while im in the dream i just cannot stop worrying my ass off that im gonna wake up. So first of all i want to know how to stop worrying about that. Second i would like to know how i can have more of these lucid dreams, since i love em so much yet i hardly get to have em. Thanks.
