2 nights without any dream recall

I'm a bit worried that I am losing my dream recall, I have gone two nights without being able to remember anything, not even a fragment.

      Can anyone help me?

Simply believe that you will remember. Before bed spend a few extra minutes than usual reminding yourself to wake up and immediately start recall. Envision this happening over and over.

Also if you are not getting a whole lot of sleep you may want to go to bed earlier, and if you often go to bed wasted/messed up, you may want to stop. These are two things that can really get in the way.

I hadnt had a lucid dream for a long, long time. However, last week I went away on holiday for a week to the Lake District. I lucid dreamed every single night. I had really crap recall the next morning though. I could remember little specks of information here and there, but could not recall the content enough to write anything down.

Don't let this worry you. People have dryspells of recall all the time. Just go through all the techniques for improving recall again and again. Even if you know them perfectly. The act of doing them again will reinforce how much you already know. Plus just the act of going through all the processes again alone may be enough to give your subconscious a sort of reboot and you'll start remembering again.

I'm having these once in a while. It's like a few days (often two) when I can't remember anything, but it's always just temporary and I often have a bit of a DR boost afterwards.

(Once in a while = Once every other month... Kind of)

Hey it's not a disaster. It's not that you will lose your ability to recall dreams after 2 dreams of without recall. I had a week without recall and I changed that the very next night I decided to recall a dream.

Yep and that's really a lot of it right there. For a lot of people it's just a lack of true motivation. I had a 2 month recall dryspell but it's because I got so used to having 4 and 5 dreams a night that I got lazy. If you really set your full intent into improving your recall or even having LDs for that matter, then you will.

      Smile MY technique

I had a bit of a dry spell with my dream recall aswell, but what I found really helped is I read over a lot of the earlier dreams in my DJ right before I went to sleep, and thought about, and remembered them, and that night my dreams with packed full of detail.
