Mikey, if you can afford it.. and you think "vibrations" would wake you.. I highly recommend getting an "Invisible Clock". |

I'm in school so i have to wake up at a certain time in the morning, just like most people. I use my cell phone as an alarm clock because it's much louder than my alarm clock, and i can set 3 times so i set the first for 5:30 AM (to try adam's method), and the second at 7AM to wake up for school. i usually go to bed anywhere from 11-12. well, i find that waking up to a very annoying, loud LOUD beeping noise almost immediately makes me forget my dreams. I would try using my quieter alarm clock, but i normally just sleep right through it, so that won't do. I know some people can train their minds to wake themselves up, but I can't do that yet, so i dunno how i should go about fixing this? |

Things are not as they seem
I once tried using the voice from the movie Vanilla Sky, you know the "Open your eyes" thingy |

yes i do have one, right next to my bed actually, but my problem is i sleep through something unless it's loud enough, and at that point it's so loud it just jars my brain and i forget my dreams (some times anyway, not always). the invisible clock looks pretty cool, but as i'm tight on money right now, i won't be able to get one yet. |

Migth help if you lie back in the exact same position you had when you woke up. |

I know who I am, as I become...
before whan i had my dream recall...i was just repeating "ill remember my dreams" and it's strange but i was waking up after every dream (well..almost) like 4 dreams sometimes 5 per night...damn i really need to get that back |
