      Not another WILD help thread...

      Well, yeah. Another one.

I've read close to every tutorial about WILDing, but I just find it too difficult.

The problem for me is that I can never seem to get even to the early stages of it. I get comfortable, and lay down. It seems though every night I end up lost. What now?

I guess my question is, what do you guys do with your minds to relax enough to induce SP, without relaxing too much and plain old falling asleep? I personally don't think I've ever experienced SP, but I can always hope tonight's the night!

Thanks to anyone who can decipher my question and try to help

Yes, I usually try it when WBTBing.

On occasion though, I will try it when I initially go to sleep or when I'm napping midday.

Well, definitely off to bed. Hoping for the best

Check my molten-hot brand new WILD tut here. It should clear out any relaxation problems.

Thanks in advance for your feedback

Thanks, I'm runnin' out the door right now, so I wasn't able to read it thoroughly, but the "Don't focus on WILDing" concept seems pretty interesting. I'll give it a better read through tonight.

      Thanks again!
