      Vild + Wbtb

sorry, for ANOTHER new thread by me...but im trying to work out the best method to devote my time/energy too...i grew frustrated of mild

i was reading about VILD...sounds successful...but I cant see anything about combining it with a WBTB?

wouldn't it make much more sense to do that because then your VILD is fresh in your mind and less likely to be forgotten. also it removes the risk of having the vild early in the night and forgetting?

also, any VILDers...whats your success rate like?

      thanks

I've never tried VILD, but WBTB will help with virtually any method. Since you quickly enter REM after one, it would be a much shorter time to remember your visualized scenario until you start dreaming.

yeah, that was basically my plan

      1) incubate a dream in a familiar place...to increase realism/clarity

      2) write it down in my DJ before bed

      3) meditate for like 5 minutes (like in 'dream yoga') and go through my dream

      4) lie down to sleep...go through my dream

      5) wake...5 hrs later

      6) meditate/relax...go through my dream

      7) go back to sleep with my dream 5 mins later

I am really confident that this works, but i was wondering if anyone had already combined them.

and, does anyone know...when I visualise and do an RC...should i picture the RC failing (as in...the RCing telling me im alseep) or should I picture the RC working (proving I am NOT alseep)
