Thread: What method do you use?

I became curious about the popular methods being used, so I wrote this.

This is meaningless, because WILD and DILD are not techniques but a binary classification scheme for lucid dreams: any lucid dream is either a WILD or a DILD. MILD, for instance, is a technique for achieving a DILD.

Hi, I use dreamsign induction technique during WBTB and makes it into a DILD. So the induction of the dreamsign is the method.

i am experimenting with WILD.

WILD, every time. Although, I am a natural, so does that discount me? :p
