      Does Green Tea help?

I just got a free pack of green tea in my mail. I'm just wonderin if it effects dreams. It'll be a first for me, i've had mint tea, but not green, heard its good for you anyway.

Caffeine is good for dreaming, if you don't take enough to keep you awake. Green tea has a lot less caffeine than black tea or coffee, so it may be the right amount, depending on how sensitive you are to it.

Of course the best way to try it to help with dreaming would be during a WBTB. Otherwise, by the time you got to the good REM dreams, it would be worn off. Hopefully it won't keep you awake; just depends on how much you are used to drinking.

It is good for you, anyway--antioxidants.
