Thread: My new method..

I am new in my quest to actually will a lucid dream. I have had them in the past and love them, however I want to go beyond that and be able to have them more often. I have created a sign (similar to 12Gauge's method) that I have stuck above my computer screen that reads:

Are You Dreaming?

Question Yourself
Stay Calm


I also have a problem when I have a lucid dream in that it starts to fade too quickly. Hopefully seeing the stay calm sign reminds me to relax and go with the flow of the dream instead of getting too excited. This is the best method for me that I could discover so we'll see how it goes. I'll let you know!
