      Problem with Dreams and SP

I always have a problem whenever i get lucids, often times i would jus lay down and sleep and accidentaly project myself in a lucid dream or jus a DILD, and some wilds, but all of them i have never been able to stay in the dream more than a couple sconds, the only real LD i had lasted about a minute. So much times i could of launched myself into an LD but i always wake up seconds after, it seems that my LDs are extremely unstable, and i could wake up anytime. Is there anything i can do about this?

The most important thing is to be calm about being in an LD. Getting excited can wake you up really fast.

Also, there are two techniques that can help you focus your mind in the dream: rubbing your hands together, and spinning around. These work for most people (but not all, apparently). Try to experiment.
