Not too long ago I lied down to attempt to WILD. I began making progress and was very relaxed. Usually when I do a WILD all the visuals are black and white 'till I get quite a ways in, but this time it was different. Out of nowhere it seemed that a brightly colored neon orange circle came out from my periphial vision. Sometimes it bends a little or squiggles, but mantains it's circular shape as it gets closer to the center of my vision, which it never reaches. It's odd because my eyes tend to feel like they might be strain after a while, but could be my imagination or me just feeling tired and wanting to go to sleep. Whenever it happens it tends to seem like a dead end. I've never progressed further into a WILD after it comes about. It has changed colors before, for example, one time it was green, another time it was red, another time it will be orange.
Granted the first time I saw it I was on LSD, but very small amounts that would not normally make me visualize so vividly. It has happened many time when I was completely sober as well. It could very well be something that is easier to visualize because it appeared while on LSD and my mind is used to visualizing it so it does, or it could be that my eyes are moving into a position they should be, or perhaps it is visuals that I can use to WILD and I'm just not doing it right. Either way, I thought I'd check with people to see if they get similar visuals.
