Ok I wasn't trying to do anything this morning but I found something that I think could make a great new way to get lucid dreams. Basicly what I did was I was sleeping and I wanted to wake up at a certin time in the moring. I didn't really trust the alarm though(clock stops some times) so I kept waking up and checking the time. Well I was doing that for about 2-3 hours and I had a lucid dream but thats not the good part. I had about 6-7 false awakenings! Infact the lucid dream I had was a false awakening that I had noticed.

So I got to thinking, if you where careful and did a rc every time you wake up this could be a great method for you to get lucid dreams. What you do is pick a time you want to wake up at then go to sleep as normal. Every time you notice your awake check the time. If you do it every time you will be checking it like every 10-15 minutes. Half the time you will really be awake and the other half you might inside a dream.

As a warning though it can get confusing. I was supposed to wake someone up, I thought I did like 3 times then I checked the time and it was like a hour before the time I was supposed to do it. I heard the alarm go off once and it wasn't the real alarm. Went back to sleep once thought I had like half an hour left looked at the time next time I woke up had 2 hours. Woke up again thought maybe I wrote my LD in a dream journal that wasn't real, was worried for a second but it was really there heh.
