      What can I do?

Quite often, including last night, I will go lucid. Once I go lucid I find that I'm able to control my environment very well, but I usually wake up within 10 ot 15 seconds (which is much better than a few months ago) or fall back into a normal dream pattern in about the same time.
I take B vitamins and meditate before sleep to increase dream activity and focus on dream signs.
What can I do to be lucid longer?
I'm sure this topic has been raised before, I don't have much time to search endlessly for where.

Wow, someone as lazy as me.

I've found that really looking at and appreciating the dream scene that is wrapped around you, helps to stabalise the environment. Pick one thing, focus on it for a few seconds, then look at something else, focus on that. Usually the dream will become super vivid and easier to stay a part of.

Well, if your not doing so, keep a dream journal. IT HELPS, BELIEVE ME. if you are, then not much more but practice.
