This technique is called a "Wake-Induced-Lucid-Dream" or WILD. |

Sometimes lately, while i'm laying in bed, I wont' be paying attention to my breathing, but for about 2 - 3 seconds, I'll suddenly notice a very different vivid feeling and noise when I breathe and then be back to normal, more awake. Its hard to describe, but its totally different than normal, even though I'm breathing normal. |

Oh, so is that what I was going through? because this usually happened as I was going to bed. From what I hear, the WILD technique requires sleep beforehand. |

whilst its MUCH, MUCH easier to do after some sleep...some people can do it whilst going to sleep for the first time in a night. Maybe you are one of the few? |

Well, the times I've tried the WILD technique the suggested way, its never worked. But if Its possible to do before falling asleep, I may give it a go and see what happens. |

yeah, you really have to "tune" all the parts of a WILD till it works for you...which is why its considered advance. However...you are likely to have to lay still for up to an hour if you do it without sleep. Id advise trying to adjust a regular WILD, before trying it without sleep. |

Haha, don't worry, I won't blame you if it doesn't work. Thanks for the Advice though. |

When you WILD you have your real body and then your dream body. It seems that your describing switching between the two. |
