Consult the Tutorials section. They explain it all. Just be ready to wake up in the middle of the night, I think. Yeah.

Get about 5 or 6 hours of sleep at night and then wake up (by alarm or intention) for a few minutes. Focus on lucid dreaming as you drift back to sleep, and really mean to lucid dream. If you can stay aware as your body falls back to sleep you should be able to slip into a lucid dream.. if not right then eventually. It does take some practice.

Thats really the basic run-down of it, but it does get a little more in-depth. The Tutorials Section should have a fairly detailed FAQ that explains the different stages of WILD, and what to expect and how to achieve them I believe. Its been a long while since I last read it, but it is good.

      The Five Phases of WILD

Thats a link to the FAQ that I recommend, its the one that helped me get my first WILD.

The basic run down is the teaser.
I knew someone would come along and post a link.
