I've been a lucid dreamer for say.. MY LIFE. and never knew it was different just accepted it. I've got very good dream control and decent recall its getting better. I never knew there was a skill to it until recently.
Well, I heard all about WILDing. And tried it numerous times. It NEVER WORKED. But, I was about to take a nap and man was I tired. I decided to try to wild for the giggle. To my amazement, I was 100% aware of going to sleep and the image I CREATED was the one I wanted. I started to feel SP for the first time. After that I wanted to relax and keep my eyes closed. I felt them opening I was like NOOOO because I saw a gleam of light and it was in the mid day. I then thought damn I missed it AGAIN since I always get close never do I seem to make it. Well, I looked around and couldn't move and saw the room wasn't normal. I've heard of this now as before I would have went into a panic. I kept calm and waited. After about 30 seconds I felt fine and could move my dream body. I walked around this weird house I never have been to before and saw a gun on the table, and a guy on the doorway. After a RC I was sure I was dreaming and capped him to have the house to myself haha. Man I'm mean to my DCs. I heard the phone on the wall ringing then went to it and picked it up and it was still ringing.. I woke up because it was the phone on my bed. Well, I answered it. Then decided lets try again. I muted the phone this time. Relaxed and got a blank black image and remember you all saying sometimes and depending on the person you can mold your dream. For some reason I was thinking about the front door of this magical house. and slowly I began to fall deeper and more vividly into it. I looked to the side and the guy was still on the ground but, with no wounds. Then saw the gun in the bushes. I picked it up and tried to put it on my belt but, it vanished. After this I wanted to test a few theories and things out I've never done before.
STEP 1, nose pinch. I typically use the arm pinch or scratch my arm for the test since they always work. Then decided lets see how this works. I pinched my nose and BAM I was still breathing.
STEP 2, I decided one of my personal goals was to be achieved. Taste test. I saw a container of milk in the fridge. I have a fear of bad milk haha. So I opened it and smelled it when I looked into it. It was ice water. I looked around the fridge some more and that was all that was there. I then decided well water has its own taste its not like air. So I took a sip
It was cold, it was wet and real. It tasted like good water. AND to top this off I swished it in my mouth for a good 5 seconds THEN SWALLOWED it. It worked. Kinda nuts.
I got woken up after this trying to find a DC to ask my resolution since I remembered that and wanted to try for my own knowledge since people never get a real answer.
I decided I got 20 more mins to waste lets try ANOTHER TIME! Once again BAM it worked!! (took longer than that) but, well, I was in another dream this time in a parking lot. I wanted to try a few things with keeping vividness. I got control over my PHYSICAL body's arm. And was trying to stay in the dream still. It was fading so I spun around. Once again flawless.
another time I was fading, I used the hand test rubbing them together.. worked again..
Then decided. to try to yell out things like CLEAR NOW. then I WANT HD haha. well, these worked too!!
From my personal tests on me. spinning was the best, yelling was next and rubbing hands was last.
I doubt anyone will fully read this but, Hey if you are bored feel free I will read and would like some tips to try on my own and give some tips to others to try.
