Basically, I've never been able to do this. The first time I tried was for a few weeks in March and April last year and I was trying to achieve an OBE, the method is very similar. I only ever got as far as weak vibrations but ever since I haven't done any better. All of my lucid dreams have been in the early morning while asleep, I've never been able to stay conscious while falling asleep. I was wondering maybe I'm doing it wrong, is it best to try to WILD in the morning when it's easy to get back to sleep anyway? And if so I don't want to make a mess of it so what techniques should I use? I know it sounds like a basic question but the thought of actually going and trying the WILD technique never occured to me until now. Am I right in saying you have to be in sleep paralysis first? I haven't been able to do that yet but I've only been trying on nights. I'm seriously considering trying to WILD in the morning after I wake up but how should I approach it? Just letting you know the background in case anyone can identify what would be best for me. |
