Thread: Interesting Experience...

I woke up at 4:30 last night, didn't have to use the restroom so I took a sip of water and decided to WILD.

Unlike most people I don't like getting up and walking around or staying up for more than 5 min, it pretty much wakes me up. Itll end up taking me a full 20+ mins to fall asleep again

So I layed there and did some deep belly breathing while counting my breaths, before I knew It i felt some tingling around my neck and legs. I tried my best to ignore it and keep relaxing, a few minutes later I entered SP although it wasn't full... I could still feel my feet, yet my neck down to my waist was completely numb. This freaked me out a little so I decided to stop trying to WILD and just enter the dream state and hope for a DILD.

I've experienced a WILD many of times, although I usually skip SP, or im so concentrated I dont realise it. My imagery doesnt form around me, I just all of a sudden find myself in an enviroment, and say Oh yeah! I just went to sleep.

This is my third time experiencing SP, although this time I made it further than the other experiences. One time I think I was already nearing a dream and my subconcious made me feel like I was In SP, (immatated the feelings inside a dream).

I experience HI, and HS all the time. Is what I experienced true SP? Or is it simply hallucinations while entering a dream?

In don't know if mine is more 'real' than yours, probably just different.

But when it happens to me, i dont just tingle, i feel like im lying down on a train track as the train zooms past. Im seriously shaking all over the place...but...not moving?

I also hear very loud wind, like 100 people blowing in my ears at the same time. Or like white noise at full volume.

It sounds scary, but its such a thrill. Very cool
