The most annoying part about WILDing

Yup. I'm trying to WILD, but haven't been successful yet. I'm also in a small dreaming "recession," where my recall has fallen off a bit. I can almost get to SP, but here's the part that's annoying: My heart starts racing + I get nervous, which basically wakes me back up. I've gotten to HI before w/ the shaking, but then for some reason the smallest noise jolts me up, or I start thinking too much about "Am I there yet?" which is self defeating. Do these newbie mistakes go away with practice?

Sure do. After a while, you get used to the sensations of SP. Believe me, I was excited when SP first came upon me. Then after a while, I simply went "Meh." and let it take over. It's quite interesting feeling stationary and just in your mind. Though itches and sore shoulders do hamper it.

I usually try before I go to bed because when I wake up in the morning I am so tired that after a few minutes I give up and roll over and fall asleep. I can deal with the discomfort though. I should probably try staying up for awhile when I wake up in the morning.
