so i read once that if u lay still for about say 20 minutes then ur body will fall asleep, but u will stay awake (SP). what i want to know is that the only difference between this and WILDing is that in a WILD u enter SP, but also become lucid in a dream, which is pretty much really hard. |

Well, once you reach SP you're pretty much asleep. You just need to figure out how to "create" a dream. You can do this either by getting involved in your HI, or by moving your "dream body" (which is hard to explain but you'll know when you can do it). |

Actually, you don't need SP to do a WILD. I'm speaking from experience, I've had many WILDs, but I've only had SP once. I assume this is because the SP can kick in as you enter the dream. |

I'm confused. What exactly is HI? Is it seeing swirly colors on like the inside of your eyelids that you can actually see with your physical eyes? Or is it seeing dream scenes played out in front of you or suddenly being in a dream scene? Because I can't get into SP for anything, but I have witnessed these two things before. |

In dreams of unspeakable joy—of restored friendships; of revived embraces; of love which said it had never died; of faces that had vanished long ago, yet said with smiling lips that they knew nothing of the grave; of pardons implored, and granted with such bursting floods of love, that I was almost glad I had sinned—thus I passed through this wondrous twilight. —George MacDonald
