Focus. Attention. Technique.

Yeah, I like the sound of this technique because it sounds like it has just as much potential as MILD (maybe more!) I just need to try a wbtb technique that I can use after FILD..incase I dont get back to sleep with fild. I seem to hop techniques alot lol

I just have a few questions for anyone who knows anything about F.A.T.

1. do you intend to fall asleep with the object? Or do you put it down and remember it or something?

2. How does the technique work? Are your hand supposed to 'feel' the object whilst dreaming...triggering a memory of the associated 'phrase?'
I dont really understand its logic atm.
