WHy does everyone keep saying 30-90 minutes when 60-90 is so much better. I'm gonn make my own tutorial and post it in Attaining Lucidity where it will slowly drop to the bottom and dissapear forever..... |

I can submit an updated tutorial that includes staying up for 30-90 minutes and 60-90 minutes as two suggestions.
People should get success with both. Can you submit your version to me so I can add it to the tutorial.
Anyone else who has other versions submit it. Check the tutorials section.
