kinda confused

Ok so here's the story, i've been at lucid dreaming since january i think, i've been experiencing improved recall and one lucid. I been reading LeBerge, gone through my DJ to find dream signs. The thing is i've been in a lot of wierd situations but most of them involves people I know just saying wierd stuff or doing wierd things, but at the same time not things that would seem out of the question, just out of the ordinary. LeBerge says I should focus on the most strange elements of my dreams in real life so I can be more aware of these elements in my dreams, noticing the wirdness to trigger a lucid. Action is the category im focused on, how people act and what they say etc. But I don't really know what to do. I mean how am I to study things that seems slightly odd, and how is this supposed to help me? I never find myself in situations that requires RC's. What should i do? Sorry if u get kinda confused when reading this, im not the best at english, but if u get the general idea of my question, please reply
