ive been reading around and its pretty much common knowledge that vitamin b6 helps u get lucid in a dream. i hav a bunch of 5 hour energy's for my track meets but just recently i read the nutrition info (i was bored) and i found out it has a lot of vitamin b6 and b12 (dunno if b12 affects lucidity or not but it has a b in it so i guess it might ) would it like help u get lucid or keep u awake all night?
