      Vivid Lucid Dreams

      What is a good technique for incuding vivid lucid dreams? My dreams lately are not as vivid as I would like.

      Have you tried focusing on things? Like... on a lot of things. And using as many senses as possible.

      last night I tried rubbing my hands together and rubbing my hands agains the carpet and it worked partially, its just that lately my lucid dreams are fady and unstable. I have had alot better vivid and more real ones before

      i think i need to convince my self that I will have a good lucid dream so that I will kind of like incubate a good lucid dream

      I have the same problem too, but I had a recent lucid dream where, instead of flying like usual, I focused on my sight sense. I focused on one object: a blue pot. I couldn't believe the vivid color and dimentionals I saw by just concentrating!

      false awakenings and some WILDs induce by far the clearest dreams.

      Supplements and time of the day (night ) also play very important role.

      How exactly do you induce LD's from false awakenings? I've had several FA's over the last few days, but never realize they're FA's until I wake up for real. Do you just have to realize that they're FA's and go from there?

      I would suggest everytime you wake up do a reality check so that when you have an FA and you wake up you will realize it is a dream and carry on from there.

      About making your dream last a week, that I am curious to find out.

      Just shout "enhance lucidity". It sounds stupid, but it works amazingly well for me.
