      WILD SP - What Now?!

alright, i can get Sleep paralysis, but i cant get into the lucid dream from there. ive tried closing my eye and imagining where i want to be (while in SP) but nothing come up and it fades away. I,ve tried just getting up, and who ever said that should go put their head in the oven and turn it up, cause its called sleep PARALYSIS! YOU CANT MOVE IN SLEEP PARALYSIS. Anyways, i tried levitating out of my body, but thats useless. I cant seem to get anywhere. Just the same Get into SP and fade out in like 6 seconds, sometimes it repeats again very shortly after. what Do you DO. and PLEASE no stupid answers.

The problem is you're hoping to much for WILD. The Key of WILDING is to keep your head clear. When your WILDING you're not actually looking to WILD but to keep your head clear. Err that was confusing . Simply put, Make the dream come to you don't come to the Dream

It's not that you actually move. You're trying to imagine yourself moving. You could also try to imagine a dream situation and imagine yourself in it. Try to imagine yourself doing something repetitive, like walking, climbing a ladder, or a set of stairs.
In dreams of unspeakable joy—of restored friendships; of revived embraces; of love which said it had never died; of faces that had vanished long ago, yet said with smiling lips that they knew nothing of the grave; of pardons implored, and granted with such bursting floods of love, that I was almost glad I had sinned—thus I passed through this wondrous twilight. —George MacDonald

as it was said above... i find that it is all about allowing the dream to just be. don't hope, don't try. usually, for me, trying to move brings failed attempts, or a false awakening (which may be better than what you are getting currently)! have you ever had an FA? it can be a bit disconcerting at first.

it is true, at least with a WILD FA you can easily remember to do your RCs and take it from there, spawning your own dream world if you so wish. but sometimes, i must admit, getting up like this is like being stuck in a sludge factory. best bet is get better at recalling images in your mind during the day, and notice details in rooms. the better your retention of these details, the easier it will be to imagine being there again.

      good luck!
