If you really have to swallow, then go ahead and swallow. The discomfort of having to swallow and not doing it will likely be worse than the swallowing itself. And yes, you shouldn't move.

Dream memory, also known as dream recall, is essential to lucid dreaming. Don't bother WILDing if you don't have good dream recall, or you will likely forget the WILD even if you succeed. We have a tutorial about dream recall, that you might find useful.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

While you will have to swallow at some point, you shouldn't have to move.
The reason why you get "itches" and the urge to move, is the body's way to test if your brain is sleeping. Once that test is done, your body will start disconnecting from your brain, neurologically (the ability to move).
Swallowing will slow down your process, but will not ruin everything.

Swallow away - you will be fine! I always do, because it is more irritating not swallowing!

As for moving, well you shouldn't but being comfortable is important!

I'm no expert, but these "can's and can't do's" might be counter-productive to WILDing in the first place. One more thing to worry about, which may keep you from falling asleep.

I've never really found swallowing to contribute much to your awakeness.
