      hello everyone, i just woke up from a pretty good LD, my second! hurray! anyways the tecnique i used to induce the dream is CILD (Chocalate Induced Lucid Dream). does anyone else have experience to confirm that this really does work and it didnt happen by chance?

      Yes it does work. Chocolate contains some stuff that does this and also triggers happiness or something. Yeah, CILD works.

      Chocolate releases endorphins in the brain, which stimulate the feeling of love and happiness. That's why people love chocolate so much, and why its so damned addicting to others (like me ).
