      Can't quite get it.

I've been trying to WILD for a little while now and I've hit SP once.
Haven't got it since. Does anyone have any advice? If you would like to know my approach please ask. Thanks in advance!

      GOOD DILD's: 3
      Short LD's: At Least 40

It's hard to give you any advice when we don't know your approach. But do keep in mind that you do not have to hit SP to do a WILD. I've had many WILDs, and I've never had SP during it. SP can kick in the moment you enter the dream.

      Correct
I have never had SP myself and about half of my lucids have been WILDS, that would come to 15 or so.
Although i recently found a better technique for myself.
I wake up 5-5 1/2 hours into my sleep then just go back to bed
its really effective for some reason, i had an hour long lucid last night with it.
Once again its MY technique, i don't know if it will work for you.

funny thing is I tried to WILD last night but it turned into just waking up and going to bed and I had a Lucid dream! I was really happy but it was only 45 seconds but thats not the point I think just waking up during REM can boost your chance of a LD.

I've had a WILD once, but the only thing that happened to me was a sensation of falling through my mattress, before entering the dream.

Funny thing is, I wasn't even trying. I woke up in the middle of the night because of something I don't remember, and when I tried to go back to sleep it happened.

All my real attempts failed so far.
But I haven't tried it that often yet.

      @ luminous:
I lay on me back and focus on my breathing and use the reversed blinking technique.
I try to get a rhythm going while doing this. (Take x amount of breathes that are this deep open eyes, close eyes.)
When I feel relaxed enough, I just kind of drift off. Day dream a little.

I get the numbness, but no SP, and only slight heaviness. Not the crazy weird feeling I got from the one time I hit SP.

      @ Omega: A few weeks.

I'm pretty much the same, only I've been trying on and off for maybe a year or so.
