Thread: MP3-Alarm Induction method MAILD

here is a tequnique i have been trying out. Hearing a sound effect to trigger an RC. I origionaly got the alarm to go off duriing an REM cycle. yet i realized that is hit or miss so i hypothosize that it would be better to have it go off shortly after you fall asleep and them loop throughout the night.

1. Get a freeware mp3 alarm program for your computer. like this

2. choose a file that is a soud effect (search 'find sounds')
that is distinct egnough that you will recognize it in your dream. it should be edited extending to 8 hours in length.
i use "english phone bell"

4.Familiarize yourself with doing a reality check when you hear that sound.




Has ne1 had any succes playing non-binaural music and hearing it in a dream?
