Smile First Real LD experience with WBTB !

First, i want to thank all of you here for helping people to know about Lucid Dreaming. This night i had my first real LD experience & believe me it was AMAZING & unbelievable. for a moment, i thought that it was real life. My body was heavy & my sight was a little blurry, i said to myself : i should'nt be excited & i must concentrate. The duration of my LD was like 3 minutes. after that & suddenly the dark begun to invade my eyes and as i learnt from Tutorials , i rubbed my hands ( this feeling was really intense and realistic ) but that doesn't work . After that i tried the spinning technique, & believe me i felt dizzy in the dream and that's how i woke up for real but i was veeeeery happy.

      Thank you .

Edit : I forgot to tell you that i'm musulman and before returning back to bed, i've done the 1st prayer of the day and I asked GOD to help me attain lucidity . Praying can really help to focus & concentrate your mind

Hey congrats on the lucid dream man! And it's good to know you learnt something from the tutorials section too.

      Hope you enjoyed it.

Great job! A lot of people get too excited on their first LD but I guess you didn't. That takes some skill!

In my first *real* LD, I flew around like Neo for about 3 minutes. When the dream started to fade and I couldn't recover it, I decided to go out with style and did a flying backflip into the ground, thus waking myself up with full recall of the LD.

*That* was quite the experience and all the motivation I need to continue my efforts in trying to LD more often.

Unlucky. Try relaxing a bit more next time and stop thinking about waking up. Also, try to be more laid back about your bed routine, when you go to bed at the exact same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning, your subconcious will start making the stupid habbit of waking up at that exact time. Try not to be so organised about it, I know it's hard, but it should help.

      Just some suggestions.

      Congrats!

Next time you enter the dream command "Increase Lucidity", maybe that will work better for you!
