      Hearing music during wild

Is it ok to replay music in your head while doing a WILD? No matter how many I try to focus off music, I keep playing music in my head. Will this slow me down, or make me loose my concentration?

its fine to, but if you do it, it might be a better idea to listen to music while WILDing, that way you won't have to concentrate as much.

Then again it shouldn't hurt, i sometimes hear voices when i start to wild. Another time i heard a pinball machine hehe, he has a fro

I have the same "problem" too. If you find it annoying try to not listen to any music during the day, that usually works for me.

i have the same thing. i normally get it when im trying to go to sleep for the first time that night. if i do get it i just stop all thoughts in my head, close my eyes and concentrate on the blackness and my own breathing.that usually stops it.
but an easier way to stop it would be using the WBTB method,i dont know why but after being up for half an hour i can concentrate a lot more.

Hey that sounds great, if you could controll it. I want to try having music in the background of my next LD. That way i can notice more of the sense of sound instead of only the visual.
