Hi, I've been at very low lucidity most of my life. 6 months ago, I started to keep a dream journal and now can remember at least 2-3 dreams a night without the journal. My dreams have gotten a tad clearer, but that's it. |

i'd have to say, once the topic of lucid dreaming becomes a part of your day to day life, for instance, if you talk about it all the time, think about it, do RTing, etc. it will become a part of your dreaming life, and you will begin to realize the dream world from reality |

I found that saying "IM dreaming!" when I am dreaming tends to wake me up for some reason, saying "I am in controll" works better for me and dosent wake me up |

last saturday morning, when i realized it was a dream i did not say "I AM DREAMING", but i said..."OH, THIS IS A DREAM" |

Phantasy, try waking up around 5 or 6AM, stay awake for 30 minutes telling yourself you will have a lucid dream and make up a dream scenario, such as meeting a friend at a certain place, then go to sleep again and you will induce lucid dreaming, |
|
