      Does this work?

      Is there really a so-called "RSILD"? I'm skeptical to say the least that a 1-minute video by itself could induce a lucid dream, but many claim this works. It also includes info on some supplements that can help. It seems similar to Neavo's technique, sorry, I don't remember the link.
