Has your subconcious ever given you a little help getting lucid? Last night, me and a group of about 5 people, including my mom, were running from this mad scientist guy who was after me for I had no idea what. He cornered us, and tried stabbing me with a knife, but I kept dodging. Then he turns on mom and says,"Fine, you are not the only one in the bloodline." Then I remembered this was a dream continuation and he needed our family's blood for some experiment! I became lucid(and the guy vanished). Then I thought about it and realized I never had a dream anything like this, and wondered why I had thought I did... Then a DC who wasn't there before smiled at me like this: and he was gone just as quickly. I think my subC had helped me.

Cool! I tend to think of dreams as messages from my subcounsous. When you become lucid it gives you (conscous you) a chance to interact more closely with this other part of your self.

Well, I know I try to talk to DCs every time I'm lucid so I can tell them to help me become lucid in future dreams. It hasn't happened yet, but I'm hoping it will soon. Then my subconscious will really be helping me!
